So I was bestowed with this Vision. It is an honor to be chosen.
Now is to contain the Vision so that it is realized.
Everything is ready. We need to go through the gestation period to see it materialized. The whole load is on the table.
As the Visionary Leader, my job is to ensure that the team buys in. Otherwise, a Vision remains a vision.
This is my Hero's Journey. It is no different from the Lord of the Rings or Star Wars saga. A few committed people initiated the journey, which eventually influenced the rest of the group to follow suit.
Who do I rely on to realize this Vision? Definitely, I need Starfleet. But on a greater, scale, I need Legion X and Billionaire Boy Club to be the supporting frame.
If I look from the worm's eye view, I must say that I am way down the hierarchy ladder. How then I make a difference? More importantly, does the Vision Community accept the overall Vision as expedient?
These are the things that linger in my head. I don't want from a Visionary Leader, I am reduced to a mere dreamer. The difference here is the Vision is delivered through me while daydreaming is just me, a swirling cloud in the coffee. As a person. I don't have such a grandiose Vision. Definitely, the Vision is much bigger tha[t] me. Much bigger than what I can dream.
I hope the Vision Community is significant enough to contain it. Otherwise I alone am just a speck of dust at the f[inger] (fringe) of the mold.
I guess in looking at Sparta 4964 X-Factor, the basic question we got to ask is, "Does it make sense?"
If it does, it doesn't matter from whom does the Vision come from because either me or whoever there is, is just a conduit.
